Make your event one to remember with
our beautiful, one-of-a-kind location.
Having recently gained permission to use our windmill
site for a wide range of events, we are delighted to offer
it as a venue for weddings, birthday parties, bridge
drives, film nights, charity dinners or whatever else you
might be planning.
As you would expect of such a historic site, we limit the
number of events we hold to just six per year, so book
early to avoid missing out.
We work in collaboration with Stuarts Events, who can
help you organise every last detail, from food & drink to
marquee rental, lighting, managing the budget,
branding, publicity and any other needs you may have.
We also rent out the windmill as a location site for
photo and video shoots, as well as TV and film work.

AvailabilityThe site is available to hire from May to
September every year. If you would like to check a
specific date please contact Peter James (details below)
Capacity Up to 80 people
CostCosts vary according to the event, but start from as
little as £500.
ParkingWe suggest taxi or car share but can offer
limited parking on site. Or you can arrange parking with
one of the many local pubs & hotels.
Local accommodationDue to our proximity to Gatwick
Airport, there are many local B&Bs and hotels to suit a
wide range of budgets.
AccessibilityWe do not allow access to the top part of
the mill, which means the site is fully wheelchair
accessible. Please note that in wet weather, you may
require matting on the grass to aid wheelchair access.
